Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information
Some U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, define "sale" and "sharing" broadly to include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and similar purposes. To the extent any such activity occurs through the Service, you may opt out using one of the methods below.

Use the cookie preference controls below. Your choice will be saved on this device and applied on every page of the Service.
Tip: We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically.
Opt out by request
Send an email to privacy@inspectmatch.com with the subject "Privacy Choices" and let us know which choices you want to apply. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records. Where required by law, we will verify your identity before processing the request.
Other rights you may have
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain a portable copy of your information.
- Limit the use of "sensitive personal information" to certain purposes (California).
- Opt out of certain profiling decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Appeal a denied request.
Submit these requests by emailing privacy@inspectmatch.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization or other documentation to verify the agent's authority before processing the request.
Children's information
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. See Section 8 of the Privacy Policy for details.
